I just had a chance to see "Snakes On a Plane" yesterday (the movie).  I thought it was great and give it two enthusiastic thumbs up!   Was it a masterpiece?  No, of course not.  But I am a big fan of B movies myself and really enjoy watching movies that are not completely polished, have only A-List actors and have multi-million dollar budgets.  They are just down right fun to watch.  Surprisingly, Snakes On A Plane was rather well done.  It had Samuel L. Jackson in it, so there was at least one A-List actor, but it was stilly cheesy enough to fall into that "B Movie" category.  Maybe a B+ Movie.  It is definitely going to be a Cult Classic.  Did anybody else see this movie?  What did you think?

I enjoyed watching it even though it had some pointless parts to it but other than that it was fairly good.

I am happy that at least one other person enjoyed it.  I had mentioned it to a few people the next day and they looked at me like I had an arm growing out of my forehead.  "You wasted your time watching that crappy movie???" was the most common reaction.  The bottom line is that they just don't get it.  It was not meant to be a great movie, it was meant to be a fun movie.  As a result, it became a cult classic before it ever hit the movie theatures.  Any parts of the movie that were tacky, poorly acted, cheesy or just plain stupid simply added to my enjoyment of it.  I still stand by my original recommendation that everybody should watch it.
