In the 'Top Honors' and 'All Time', instead of the regular find image which keeps getting repeated for every user, how about having a thumbnail of the user photograph which would mean more impressive on the webpage and for the user also.
I have a few more points on this suggestion anyway:

Some of the user's photographs might not scale good as thumbnails. So in those cases, either the moderator/admin should disable thumbnails for them.

Some users might not be willing to show thier photos in the 'Top Honors'/'All Time' and hence the website should have a provision to accomodate such special requests.

Generating thumbnails for a large number of users and displaying so many different images (against one single image now) is pretty server intensive and bandwidth consuming. We may need to focus on suitable and efficient page caching towards this implementation.
